New Ameco is still a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa, It is authorized by CAAC to act as a Designated Modification Design Organization Representative (DMDOR). Currently, it possesses maintenance licenses from almost 30 countries or regions, including CAAC, FAA and EASA.
